ABOUT KIM T. DEANE
Kim Tigre Deane is a graduate of the University of Windsor. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology. Kim concurrently obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Arts in Sociology degrees. She was called to the bar in 1997. Kim is a member of the Essex Law Association, Law Society of Ontario, and Fogolar Furlan Club of Windsor, and served on the Township of Sandwich South Committee of Adjustments.
Kim is an experienced family law litigator practicing in various areas of family law including divorce (whether contested or uncontested), custody and access disputes, child support, spousal support, property division and drafting and negotiating separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts.
Her practice also provides knowledgeable legal advice and representation in various residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, mortgages/refinancing, and drafting and reviewing agreements of purchase and sale.
